The swimming pool with whirlpool that is entirely made of mosaic remembers the colours of the sea and is surrounded by a solarium terrace supplied with sun beds and beach umbrellas for moments of enjoyment and relax. Children may have fun inside the baby-pool created for them. Open from June to September.
For pleasant bike tours on the bicycle path that runs along the sea promenade and connects various localities of the Riviera it is possible to rent bikes also with children seats at the Residence.

The price includes umbrella, sun bed and sun chair at the beach in front or our residence where our animation staff will be glad to entertain all our guests with different activities (from July to August).
The reception is always glad to welcome you and furnish every kind of information for a nice holiday. We organize tours to Rome, Loreto and other places of religious and cultural interest as well as tours to taste typical wine and food of our area.
Various shopping outlets of famous brands near to us offers the opportunity to make a shopping tour.
The residence, open all year round, is an ideal solution for summer holidays, week-end stay, for work necessities and for those who want to benefit of the mild temperature of our climate also during the winter period.
